Cylinders are available in 4 storage capacities to suit all
families large or small. We also have a complete range of element
sizes ensuring that if you are upgrading to a Rinnai Electric
Cylinder changeover costs can be minimised.
Rinnai Electric Cylinders are made from the
highest quality steel with a positive dome shape on both ends
designed for a greater capacity than most traditional heaters. In
addition, the heating element hugs the bottom dome of the cylinder,
ensuring that all the water is heated leaving no cold spots,
maximising the available hot water. Each cylinder is coated with a
special grade of glass enamel, providing a tough surface to protect
against corrosion.
Around the cylinder is 50mm of high density
expanded polyurethane foam applied under pressure to ensure total
coverage around the cylinder, providing superior insulation
performance. This protection is so good that it exceeds the
requirements of the Minimum Energy Performance Standards
(M.E.P.S.), and minimises standby heat losses saving you money. You
can even take advantage of off-peak tariffs for that extra
economy.
The casing of the unit is then finished with
roofing grade COLORBOND® steel for the ultimate rust resistance,
providing protection against the harsh Australian climate.
